Hannibal Rising Summary

Hannibal Rising is the prequel to the previous Hannibal movies like, Red Dragon, Silence of the lambs, and Hannibal. The movie was released on February 9, 2007. Starring, Gaspard Ulliel as Hannibal, and Gong Li as Aunt Murasaki.

This is the story of Dr. Hannibal Lecter early days when he was still a child. Hannibal and his sister, Mischa
lived together after their parents and slaves have been when their lodge was attacked by the Nazis. Mischa was brutally murdered by former Latvian collaborators. Traumatized by the events, Hannibal lost his faith in God and became a vicious killer cannibal. In his 13 years of age, Hannibal lived with his uncle to France. Hannibal had formed a close relationship with his aunt, Lady Murasaki. Still looking for his Mischa's murderers, he is still bitter hoping he would be satisfying his desire for retribution.
